Nothing to report today. No progress except Bill and I cleaned up around the job site.

Gardens on Belle Isle.... so pretty.

I used to love rain! Not feeling the love this year, and it's the rainiest June I remember!

Spent a long time today using the Shop Vac to suck up water off the floors. Looked like a small lake in the foyer :( Bill usually takes care of it after it rains. Today, he came during his lunch but had to get back to work. Our builder, Chris, said the roof trusses will come the first week in July. Can't wait until we have a roof!!

Hello Family & Friends!

So many of you have asked about our house project that I decided to start my first Blog... And schools out for summer, so I have a bit more time! I plan to post often, so we can watch the progress together.

This picture was taken just before we moved out. Looks like a nice, warm sunny day, right? Wrong. It was sunny but COLD!

A few days later... Crazy Michigan weather! From "greenish" grass to a snowy white covering in March.
